Dr. Danny Francisco Lorenzo Mallol

Dr. Danny Francisco Lorenzo Mallol Valerio is a neurosurgeon with extensive clinical experience and specialized training at distinguished institutions, including the Pontificia Universidad Católica Madre y Maestra and the José María Cabral y Báez Regional University Hospital.

He has advanced training in stereotactic radiosurgery, neuroendoscopy, and complex spine surgery, including minimally invasive techniques. His international training includes experience at the Miami Neurosurgical Center under the renowned Dr. Robert E. Jacobson, the Puerto Rico Medical Center, and the Latin American Center for Research and Training in Minimally Invasive Surgery.

With more than 15 years of experience, Dr. Lorenzo has practiced at leading healthcare institutions in the Dominican Republic. He has also served as an educator and mentor to new generations of neurosurgeons through the Neurosurgery Residency Program at the José María Cabral y Báez Regional University Hospital.

He is a founding member of the Dominican Republic Spine Surgery Society, a member of the Dominican Society of Neurology and Neurosurgery, and an active member of international scientific organizations, including AO Spine, the North American Spine Society, and the Latin American Society of Pediatric Neurosurgery.
